My Birthday Party!!

For some reason my mama thought this hat was so cute...I didn't want to wear it, so it stayed on for this picture and then I haven't seen it since. Thank Goodness!!

I ate a little of my birthday cake but wasn't too interested in it. I would rather have the veggies! I'm a healthy eater.

This bird whistles. I love it because I love to dance to anything that has a beat. As soon as it started whistling, I was moving!

This is the birthday cake that my mom made for me...yeah right! She bought it at the store but it was just perfect for me!

I'm wearing a new outfit my great grandma A. bought me for my birthday. It matched the colors and the cake at my party we had at my house.

I have been playing in my toyboxes today. I like to crawl in and out and rearrange the toys. When I'm done, it looks like a tornado went through my room!

I am happy to be done with the big ice storm. Mommie and I went down to Papa's house for a week since Daddy was out of town and our power went out. Papa's power was out too but he has a fire place at his house. I wore my snow suit and stayed close by the fire with mama until Daddy had a friend bring us a generator. We couldn't get out and drive because it was too slick and there were trees and power lines all over the roads. The generator made it much more comfortable! We had the heat cranked way up after we got that! Our power was out until Friday. On Friday Daddy came home and I went back to my house.

I'm enjoying a little breakfast while decorating my high chair for Papa's birthday.

Mama and I made Papa supper for his birthday. Uncle L came over and ate with us too.

I can talk on Papa's phone. My conversations consist of saying "bye-bye" over and over again with a loud scream in between (my Daddy taught me that)

This is Christmas at my house. I got this movie Thumbelina. I watch movies for a few seconds and then I am busy doing something else. I can't sit still for very long, there is a lot of work to get done.

This is a big dog my Daddy gave me for Christmas. I love stuffed animals, they are my favorite!

This is my Christmas tree that has no ornaments from three feet high and below. My walker is in the background too but I'm too big for that. I have been walking by myself since the first of December.

Christmas

I had Christmas at Granmommie's house with Uncle L, Mommie, Daddy and Granmommie. My favorite part about Christmas is the ribbon on the packages and trying to eat the noisy wrapping paper!

I am sitting on my giant alphabet caterpillar. He is about three times as long as I am.

Somebody help me!! I need this ribbon off right now!

Everyone kept putting this on my head and I just kept pulling it right off. It is so silly.

This is me and my great grandma. We went to her house on christmas day and I ate lots of beans while I was there!

I am wearing papa's hat. I had Christmas at his house too!

Halloween

I dressed up like a pretty flower this halloween. I went trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. I loved seeing all the other kids dressed up!

I have some candy but I don't really want to eat it. I just like to chew on the package and hear it crinkle.

I am 7 months old now and I have been crawling for about three weeks! I love being able to get places I want to go! I can also pull up on the couch and stand up all by myself!

CHEESE! I have two teeth!

Look at this leaf I found. I'm really excited and if I hurry, I can put it in my mouth before mama can take it away from me!

I love it outside!

Labor Day

Hooray it is Labor Day and we're at the fair! Papa let's me jump and jump and jump on his lap!

I have to rest a minute and then I will jump some more. Papa's arms never get tired so I can jump as much as I want when I'm with him!

Uncle L got mama a sucker and I got to try it. I LOVE IT! Why doesn't my bottle taste this good?

More Shopping!

I have lots of fun when Uncle L goes shopping and pushes my stroller. Usually my stroller doesn't ramp or do donuts, but when he's driving you never know what's gonna happen and it is fun!!

I don't like to stop shopping to eat so Uncle L continued to push my stroller while mama gave me a bottle. Although I can hold my own bottle, I prefer someone else to hold it for me. My feet are propped up as always because that's the only way to ride in the stroller of course!

Uncle L is always trying to give me good stuff to eat but usually mama won't let me have it. Here he is serving me some sausage on a crab pincher. What fun! That's my Grandma holding me. When I want to get up and walk around, all I have to do is whimper a little and she will just get right up and walk me all around the room wherever I want to go.

Born to Shop!

I love shopping! There is so much to look at and so much to reach out and grab! This is how I sit in my stroller when I shop or go for a walk at the park. I like to kick back and enjoy the ride!

Here I am relaxing with Daddy after a long day of shopping. We watch T.V. together. I am in charge of the remote. It's kind of hard to maneuver because it is almost as big as I am.

Button the Babysitter

Button is in a lot of my pictures because she helps take care of me. She is a good watch cat. This is me when I was a little baby, about a month old. Button weighs about twice as much as I do at this point.

Button and I are watching my mobile. It spins around and around. We would both like to catch those wierd little animals on there.

There's Big Kitty lying next to button and I. If we're really quiet and still he will stay close to us.

AHHHH! There's a hungry caterpillar crawling up my arm!
